Terms of Service – Socialabs

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Socialabs and its Instagram automation tools ("Services"). By using Socialabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. About Socialabs

Socialabs provides Instagram automation tools that help businesses and creators automate responses and deliver links through Instagram messages using official Meta (Instagram) APIs.
Socialabs is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

To use Socialabs, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Instagram Business or Creator account
• Have authority to connect and manage the account

3. Account Connection & Authorization

By connecting your Instagram account, you:
• Authorize Socialabs to access data permitted through Meta APIs
• Grant permission to send automated messages
• Acknowledge that access may be revoked at any time
Socialabs only accesses data required to provide the Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Socialabs to:
• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Share misleading, harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Violate Instagram or Meta policies
• Bypass platform restrictions or messaging limits

You are solely responsible for:
• The automation rules you configure
• Message content sent via your account
• Legal and platform policy compliance

5. Data & Privacy

Socialabs processes data only to provide the Services.
• We do not sell or rent user data
• Message data is processed only as needed
Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Socialabs is not responsible for downtime or changes caused by Meta APIs or platform restrictions.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Your use of Socialabs is also subject to:
• Instagram Terms of Use
• Meta Platform Policies
Socialabs is not responsible for Meta or Instagram actions, including account restrictions or API changes.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:
• These Terms are violated
• Services are misused
• Required by law or platform policy

You may disconnect your account and stop using Services anytime.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Socialabs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for loss of revenue, business, or data
• Use of Services is at your own risk

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Socialabs against claims arising from:
• Your use of the Services
• Your automation content
• Violations of laws or these Terms

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
